Top and side view of Framed type lamella used in clarifier pools of water and wastewater treatment plants are given above.
Almost all sizes of Framed type lamella can be manufactured.
10-20 units lamella (20-40 plates) are filled into the frame.
The frame is made in the demounted form for the advantage of transportation. The filled frame is tightened with 16 stainless screws.
Frame material's thickness is 2-3 mm, the bracket width is 40-60 mm.
The frame angle ranges between 55-60 degrees. (Unit lamella is cut accordingly at the ends.)
If the slope is to be 60 degrees, the sheet is bent at an angle of 60-90-120 degrees for the manufacturing of angle iron.
If the frame slope will be 55 degrees, the sheet is bent at an angle of 55-90-125 degrees for the manufacturing of bracket.

ALL UNIT MODEL LAMELLAS CAN BE FILLED IN THE FRAME.
